Sandpoint High School juniors, seniors celebrated for academic achievements

SANDPOINT — In an April 23 ceremony, Sandpoint High School staff, students and parents celebrated academic excellence by offering certificates and cords to high-achieving juniors and seniors.
During the event, High Honors recipients in the class of 2025 were congratulated by principal Jackie Crossingham and other members of SHS’ administrative staff and offered ceremonial cords to recognize their achievements.
While each student was being recognized, administrators read a personal letter written by a SHS staff member describing their experience having the student in their class.
Additionally, administrators recognized the top 10% of the class of 2026 at the event.
“We honor you for your academic work through your first three years of high school so far,” Crossingham said. “We know that you're very likely to be back here next year celebrating High Honors and your achievements.”
The top 10% of scholars in the class of 2026 were recognized with certificates during the event.
