Sandpoint Soccer Association to host referee certification course

The Sandpoint Soccer Association will be hosting a referee certification course Sunday, Aug. 17, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Sandpoint Middle School. This is a great opportunity for individuals to stay involved in the game, give back to the sport, and earn some money, especially with the soccer season set to begin shortly.
The SSA is actively working to grow its referee pool to ensure this year's 44th annual Pend Oreille Cup, set to be held Sept. 5-7, continues to be a successful event.
