July 31

April Lois DeShazer, 32, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for trafficking of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Jeremiah Jadon Dopp, 18, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for felony probation violation, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Matthew Driver, 56, of Richland, Wash., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI and possession of an open container in a vehicle.

August 1

Jason Joseph DeRose, 46, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for road closure restriction violations.

August 2

Jayden Isaac Rael, 19, of Wooley, Wash., was arrested and booked for felony eluding an officer and reckless driving.

Robert Wayne Murchison, 65, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Joseph Demesico Vara Jr., 57, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor out-of-state DUI.

August 3

Olivia Marie Anderson, 36, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested and booked for felony warrant of arrest.

Jazmin Star Long Fox, 25, of Box Elder, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use.

August 4

Isiah Thomas Doney, 29, of Harlem, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use, destroying evidence, possession of a non-prescribed drug and driving without privileges.
