Steven Frank Halama, 84

Steven Frank Halama was born on Aug. 20, 1940, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Joseph and Gertrude Halama. He passed away on July 16, 2025. He shared 34 years with Joyce Anne Halama, of Columbia Falls, the mother of his two sons and was most recently married to Cynthia Halama.

Steve owned and operated the Hungry Horse Motel from 1977-1988. He fell in love with Northwest Montana and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He served as a camp host at various camps throughout Montana for many years. He retired in Parker, Arizona.

He is survived by Steven (Trina) of Juneau, Alaska, and their three sons and two grandsons. He is also survived by Scott (Stephanie) of Juneau, Alaska, two daughters, and four grandsons.
