Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code and East Hope city codes that the East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider adding a permanent override levy in the amount of $30,000.00 for street maintenance and street capital improvement projects to the November 4th election ballot, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the East Hope City Hall, 110 School Road, East Hope, Idaho. The public may testify at the public hearing. Written statements longer than one (1) standard letter-sized, single-spaced page must be submitted no later six (6) calendar days prior to the public hearing. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Clark Fork Phase 2 Water System Improvements Separate sealed BIDS for the Phase 2 Water System Improvements located in the City of Clark Fork, Idaho will be received by City of Clark Fork at 110 East 3rd Ave. (PO Box 10), Clark Fork, ID 83811 until 11:00:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, August 21, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes installation of approximately 9,100 linear feet of PVC water main, valves, connections, and related work. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
