Another great Pinehurst Days

PINEHURST — Pinehurst Days 2025 was a resounding success. With record-breaking attendance and enthusiastic participation, this year’s events truly captured the spirit of honoring heroes and celebrating small-town pride, according to a press release.
“Our Annual Pinehurst Days breakfast was the biggest we’ve had in years,” said Pinehurst-Kingston Lions, member Brad Kitchen. “The turnout was incredible, and the energy throughout the weekend was inspiring.”
The weekend kicked off with the beloved parade as colorful entries delighted spectators, setting the tone for a festive and patriotic celebration. The Comancheros Car Show wowed attendees with its spectacular display, while the vendor fair offered food, crafts and patriotic-themed goods.
The steak dinner was once again a crowd favorite, and Sunday’s BMX races brought high energy and excitement to the track. Kids ages 3 to 13 competed in age-grouped races. Two lucky riders took home new BMX bikes — one by raffle and one by participant drawing.
“The BMX races are always a highlight,” Kitchen said. “Seeing the sportsmanship, the smiles and the community support is what Pinehurst Days is all about.”
