Eileen Belle Bredstrand, 88

Eileen's family is sad to announce her passing on Feb. 23, 2025. She was born Aug. 14 of 1936 in Balfour, North Dakota.

Elieen was predeceased by her parents, and 13 brothers and sisters. 

Eileen moved to Whitefish at an early age. From the age of 3 she helped feed family chickens and picked berries. Eileen got her first paying job delivering newspapers at the age of 9. Eileen continued to work until the age of 82.  

Eileen met Erling at the age of 18 and they were married the same year while Eileen was still in high school. They had five beautiful children together, two of whom passed at an early age. Eileen enjoyed making her children's school clothing and knitting.  Eileen loved bowling, swimming with friends, and watching horror movies. In her later years she really enjoyed reading and puzzles, along with spending time with her family. 

Eileen is survived by her three daughters (Vicki, Diana, and Lorri), and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews and their children.
