SWISHIN’ IN THE SUN: Youth hoopers show off skills at Bonners Ferry event

From left, Sandpoint's Adie Ducey, Selah Boyer, Katia Tadic, Finley Williams and coach Shanna Tadic of team "Alley Oop Troop" went a perfect 5-0 to win the 6th grade girls division of the Swish 3-on-3 basketball tournament held Saturday, Aug. 9 on Main Street in Bonners Ferry. A total of 46 teams from across the region participated in the event, which returned to the streets after a seven-year hiatus.
