Vehicle catches fire in Coulee City

COULEE CITY – A call has been put out for a structure fire that has broken out at 301 W Locust Street in Coulee City. It was initially reported as a brush fire, but it has since been determined to be a vehicle fire. 

No injuries have been reported at this time, and firefighters from GCFD 6 are working on mop up. More information on the fire will be available as the story develops.

MATTAWA — The Wahluke Warriors girls basketball team earned its first victory of the season following a close matchup against River View Monday evening. Warriors Head Coach Mikai Hirai said this was a very exciting victory for the team as they gain energy for the second half of the season.
