Bear Gulch Fire: 5,777 acres. 3% contained. Started July 6. Mason County. Human caused.
Beer Creek II Fire: 267 acres. 22% contained. Started Aug. 2. Ferry County. Under investigation.
Burdoin Fire: 10,675 acres. 94% contained. Started July 18. Klickitat County. Undetermined cause.
Castle Rock Fire: 58 acres. 99% contained. Started July 31. Stevens County. Lightning caused.
East Creek Fire: 23 acres. No containment. Started July 20. Whatcom County. Under investigation.
Great View Fire: 16 acres. No containment. Started Aug. 10. Jefferson County. Under investigation.
Hemlock Creek Fire: 11.1 acres. No containment. Started July 30. Located in Pend Oreille County. Under investigation.
Hope Fire: 8,177 acres. 95% contained. Started July 8. Stevens County. Under investigation.
Kinkaid Creek Complex Fire: 254 acres. 100% contained. Started July 31. Okanogan County. Lightning caused.
Pomas Fire: 3,473 acres. No containment. Started June 13. Chelan County. Lightning caused.
Tioga Fire: 12 acres. No containment. Started Aug. 4. Pend Oreille County. Under investigation.

Boys and Girls Club logo allegedly used in Moses Lake scam
MOSES LAKE — Boys and Girls Clubs of the Columbia Basin officials are warning people that scammers apparently are using the club’s logo and claiming to be affiliated with the organization. The scammers allegedly were soliciting money door to door along Third Avenue early Tuesday afternoon.
Saint Maries woman dies in crash
A 55-year-old Saint Maries woman died early Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 3, according to the Idaho State Police.
Man arrested in Cascade Valley shooting
MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a Nov. 16 shooting in Cascade Valley that left a man with non-life-threatening injuries.
