The reports below were provided by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  

July 18 

Report of woman on foot with two dogs picking up PVC pipe and throwing it at reporting party’s car. 

Report of stolen items including an iPhone 12 and a wallet valued at $600. 

Report of vehicle parked at Grant County PUD that was suspicious and possibly stolen. 

Report of lost or stolen firearm. 

Report of vehicle hitting several mailboxes. 

Report of one vehicle rollover. 

Report of trailer and shop having someone break into it. 

Report from Washington State Patrol that fireworks were being lit off. 

Report of house broken into while reporting party was out of town. 

July 19 

Report of car battery stolen. 

Report of dogs killing squirrels.  

Report of overdose on fentanyl. CPR in progress. 

Report of paddleboard in the water by Wanapum Dam. The person has been paddling for an hour and can’t get out. 

Report of bees dropped off and swarming irrigation valves, preventing control of water. 

Report of four juveniles in a car speeding. Reporting party said he tried to get them to slow down and they flipped him off. 

Report of 16-year-old missing on a Jet Ski.  

Report of possible DUI, all over the road. 

Report of male punching reporting party vehicle and denting it and breaking a window. Reporting party and male fighting. Male no longer on scene, left on foot. 

July 20

Report of someone breaking into construction area. Appears to be one suspect.

Report of unconscious male, not breathing. Possible overdose. Gave two doses of Narcan. 

Report of vehicle losing control and going into ditch. All persons getting out.

Report of fraudulent charges of almost $300. Reporting party wanted police report for fraud case.
