Man pleads guilty to ATV thefts

A Ronan man is accused of stealing a pair of ATVs on separate occasions. Kesean Eugene Burke entered a plea of guilty in District Court in Polson on Aug. 7 to two counts of felony theft.
According to charging documents, a red Polaris Sportsman, was stolen from in front of a Polson residence on March 23. It was later located on Clarice Paul Road in the Ronan area about an hour after its owner posted about its theft on social media.
The second theft involves an ATV that was on a trailer and was stolen from the Ronan area on Feb. 2.
Judge John A. Mercer set a sentencing date of Sept. 25 and released Burke on his own recognizance.
