Fundraiser planned for Bigfork Fire Department

The Friends of Bigfork Fire Department holds its annual FUN-draising event on Friday, Sept. 5, starting at 5 p.m. at the Harbor Village Pavilion in Eagle Bend.
Meal tickets for the barbecue sponsored by First Interstate Bank are $5 for children (under 12) $10 for adults and $25 for a family of four. Beer, wine, sodas and water will be served. Several emergency response vehicles will be on display.
The fun also includes the Niner-Niner golf event at Eagle Bend’s Osprey Nine course on Friday noon, Sept 5. $1,000 in cash prizes plus 12 dining certificates. Glacier Bank will host a refreshment tent on hole No. 2. The Margarita tent on No. 9 is sponsored by National Parks Realty, Jell-O shots on No. 5 provided by the Tall Pine Lounge & Liquor.
Pickleball will be at the Jewel Basin Center on Friday, Sept. 5 for mixed doubles. Entry fee is $50 per person. Stockman Bank provides lunch and water.
The tennis event for women’s/mixed doubles will be at Montana Athletic Club’s courts on Friday, Sept 5. Entry fee is $75. Birch Provisions and Parkside Credit Union are providing lunch and water.
