ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Independent Highway District FY26 Schweitzer Mountain Road Overlay Project Separate sealed BIDS for the FY26 Schweitzer Mountain Road Overlay Project, located in Bonner County, Idaho, will be received by the Independent Highway District at 31656 Highway 200, Suite 101 (PO Box 700), Ponderay, ID 83852, until 10:00 a.m. local time on September 5th, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes 1.5” plant mix pavement overlay of Schweitzer Mountain Road for 1.1 miles. Work will include placement of shoulder rock, traffic control and all related work. It is the intent of the project documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts of work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
