Kyle Manzardo, the former Lake City High and Washington State star, had an RBI single in the first inning for the host Cleveland Guardians in a 3-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday.
The RBI snapped a 28-inning scoreless streak for Cleveland, which had lost its previous six games.
Manzardo is batting .232 (85 for 367) with 21 home runs and 56 RBIs in 113 games played.
