Stacy Glen Hewitt, 62, passed in the comfort of his own home Aug. 21, 2025.
Stacy was born Oct. 7, 1962, in Kellogg, Idaho, to proud parents George and Betty (Short) Hewitt Siegfried. Stacy was one of five siblings who he loved dearly. His older brother, Rex, and younger brothers Randy (Dian), Richard (Mary) and sisters Carmita (Ralph) Barnes and Angie (Jason) Agerter and many nieces and nephews. Stacy graduated from Kellogg High School in 1980. Shortly after graduating high school, he moved to the Tri-Cities in the 1980s, where he remained.
Stacy worked for Cascade Fire Protection for over 40 years, where he was a valued and respected employee and made many lifelong friendships and connections.
Stacy was the happiest when surrounded by his family and especially his grandchildren. He had a lifelong love of sports, both coaching and watching and never missed the chance to cheer on a game. To know Stacy was to know that he was the biggest Cowboys and Yankees fan. He could almost always be found wearing his Cowboys or Yankees hat, proudly supporting his teams. Stacy was the kindest and selfless person, always willing to do anything for his family or for anyone in need. His positivity radiated, and to him, no one was ever a stranger. He had a gift for turning everyone he met into a friend. Stacy was an amazing son, brother, father and papa who will be missed deeply and forever cherished.
Stacy is survived by his mother, two sons and daughter, Carson (Teal, son Hudson and daughter Hattie), Reilly (Taylor) and Devan (Jon and son Levi) and siblings. And many uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his dad, George, stepmom Shirley, stepdad Ed Siegfried and nephew David Barnes.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life gathering Saturday, Sept. 27, at Zintel Creek Golf Club, 314 N. Underwood St., Kennewick, WA 99336, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
