STROKLUND, Deceased AUNISA CRAIG, as beneficiary, Petitioner, MARY BETH STROKLUND, as beneficiary and Personal Representative, Respondent. Cause No. DP-27-2024-75 ORDER SETTING HEARING This matter is before the Court on Aunisa Craig’s Petition for Order of Formal Testacy Proceedings, Admitting Will to Probate, Appointment of Alternate Personal Representative, Adjudicating Solvency, Waiving Bond, Directing Issuance of Letters Testamentary. The matter is fully briefed, and the parties have requested a hearing. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. Hearing Date: A hearing in this matter will be held on December 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. One day has been set aside for the hearing. 2.Exhibit Lists: Each party shall prepare an index of exhibits which they expect to offer. Each party will provide two copies for the Court and a copy for opposing counsel and any unrepresented party. (There is no requirement to offer exhibits in sequence.) 3. Exhibits: Each party shall affix printed exhibit labels to their exhibits before the hearing, legibly marked with the exhibit number or letter and the cause number. Petitioner’s exhibits shall be marked in numerical sequence; Respondent’s exhibits in alphabetical sequence. If there are more than twenty-six exhibits for the Respondent, they shall be marked “AA”, “BB”, etc. Counsel shall keep in mind exhibits that may be grouped together for easy reference. Oversize exhibits must be detachable from any mounting for storage by the Clerk of Court following the hearing. Photographs should be submitted in clear plastic sleeves, and each should be individually identified by label, for example, Exhibit 2-A, 2-B, etc. a. The parties shall create Exhibit Books by binding the prelabeled and marked documentary exhibits as follows: punched and bound in ring binders and index-tabbed by letter or number corresponding to each exhibit using the exhibit lists as a table of contents. Sensitive documents or photographs not susceptible to punching should be submitted in ring punched plastic sleeves. b. The parties shall provide Exhibit Books as follows: i. Original for Clerk; ii. Witness copy to be left at witness stand; and iii. Copy for opposing counsel. c. An electronic copy of exhibits will be provided for the court on a flash drive. d. Counsel and unrepresented parties are expected to review all proposed exhibits prior to the date of the hearing and to be prepared to make a record of any stipulations to proposed exhibits at the commencement of the hearing.
