The courthouse lawn was adorned with a giant blow-up Santa, a massive snowman, a fluffy blow-up igloo, and dozens of twinkling lights. Children and families climbed the decorated stairway up to Santa Claus to tell him their wishlists and received goodie bags generously donated by Craig and Deb Sheppard.

The big spruce tree at the Trailwest Bank in Superior was lit up at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 29th. Other festivities during the tree lighting event included free horse-drawn wagon rides, holiday karaoke, warming barrels, vendors, and a specially made Santa's mailbox drop-off crafted by Superior shop teacher, Jeff Schultz.
