Curtis Wilkerson, 57, of Newport, Washington, was arrested in the area of Highway 2 and North Washington Avenue in Oldtown at 8:53 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, paraphernalia and open container by driver.

Deputies received a call of a reckless driver on Highway 95 and Cocolalla Loop in the Cocolalla area at 9:23 p.m.
