The caller from an apartment complex was steamed about the steaming extension cord a neighbor uses to charge his electric vehicle. It steams when it is colder outside.
A driver said his brakes gave out, and he bumped into the VFW building.
Two white Maltese puppies jumped out of a car on Park Avenue and are lost.
A male who appeared to be passed out in his vehicle was found to be taking a nap.

Turned out maintenance had the package that the caller thought had been stolen.
The driver of a blue Chevy SUV reportedly nearly ran the caller off the road, was driving erratically, taking up the middle of the lane and was going over 100 mph on Highway 93.

An abandoned car, a grey Honda, has been in front of the caller’s house for three weeks.

Five motorists were warned for excessive speed before 11 a.m.
A female in an Escalade was given a warning for speed. She said her ID had been stolen.
An abandoned Ford Explorer was sticking out into the road, causing a traffic hazard at Skyles Place. It has been there for about three months.

The driver of a silver Buick was seen driving all over the road and veering into opposing lanes on East Second Street. The caller believed the driver might be intoxicated.
Nov. 22
The driver of a gold Lexus was seen passing on the shoulder, driving 90 mph on Highway 93.
A sagging grill and black marks on the front left of a car remained after a hit and run accident in the parking garage.
Reportedly, a man on Bay Point Drive refuses to leash his dog, who continues to run around the area.
