Youth may want to not spend time with 'geezers'

In a recent Daily Bee letter, Dana Fox laments that there were few passionate, under-30 participants at the No Kings rally Nov. 18. I agree — the crowd looked like a giant water-aerobics class. But that’s good news for anyone who owns property in this town.
What did Ms. Fox hope to happen at the rally? I’m sure she would claim to want rallies to be peaceful, but we just had a peaceful one and she’s upset there weren’t more people there from the demographic most likely to cause trouble. Would she prefer an Antifa rally? Lots of youthful energy there.
It may not be that complicated. If you are 20 years old, would you want to spend a Saturday with a bunch of old geezers complaining about their arthritis and the “tyrant” in the White House? Restringing a flyswatter would be more fun.
