Jeffrey Scott Mefford, 68, passed away peacefully at his home on Nov. 10, 2025, surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Jean Mefford.
Jeff is survived by his children, Bradley Scott Mefford, Daniel Brian Mefford, Leslie Deanna Mefford and Kaitlyn Michelle Mefford, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and extended family. He is also survived by his siblings, Jerri F. Duyette, David G. Mefford, Richard B. Mefford, John Michael Mefford, Teresa A. Campbell and Pamela K. Brooks.
Jeff loved barbecuing, the outdoors, holidays, and family gatherings. He trained as a heavy equipment operator in Tucson, Arizona, and later owned his own landscaping business for many years. He enjoyed auto mechanics and leatherwork and was known for his hard work, generosity and dedication to those he loved.
