Montana ShamRockers Christmas Concert –  7 p.m. Dec. 13 at the Theatre on the Lake in Polson; acclaimed Irish folk group presents a free family-friendly program that features traditional and original holiday favorites from around the world, their signature spark-plug wit, a bit of history and that indomitable Irish spirit.

Jane Austen Book & Tea Tasting – 2 p.m. Dec. 16 at the North Lake County Public Library, 102 First Street East; experience a sample of Jane Austen’s novels while enjoying tea from Joyful Cup. Come dressed in Regency or Christmas attire with a teacup. Registration is required. 

Holiday Cybersecurity: Safe Shopping & Smarter Clicks with Laura Haacke – 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16 at the North Lake County Public Library, 102 First Street East; the Montana Library Network is hosting this virtual program with Laura Haccke. Jane Austen Film Festival – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 17 at the North Lake County Public Library, 102 First Street East; to celebrate Jane Austen’s 250th birthday, the library will be showing three movies adapted from her novels. 

Ronan Chamber Parade of Lights and Holiday Treasures – 6 p.m. Dec. 19 in downtown Ronan; the route proceeds from St. Luke Hospital down Main Street and back on Round Butte Road to the starting point. Cheerful Heart Cancer Support Group – 10-11 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the third floor Leahy Conference Room at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson; pastor Matthew Connolly leads the group, which welcomes those recently diagnosed or undergoing treatment, cancer survivors, and/or family members.
