The caller reported hearing gunshots. He said it sounded like they were from a machine gun.
Two boys were seen knocking over a garbage can and the ashtray part. They spread ashes and butts all over.
A vehicle was reportedly speeding up and down the road on Texas Avenue.

A caller heard one gunshot from a long gun near Geddes Avenue.
Construction trucks were blocking the alley.
Nov. 25
The caller saw two cars speeding, driving recklessly and heading north on Third Street.
An intoxicated female was lying on the ground on Central Avenue until a friend picked her up.
Nov. 26
There was a Toyota Corolla in a ditch on East Second Street.
A drunk driver crashed a car in front of the caller’s house on Barkley Lane, then ran off with a big bottle of liquor.
A green house across the street from the caller on Skyles Place was reportedly playing loud, offensive music.
Nov. 27
Three snowball throwers on Spokane Avenue were targeting vehicles.
The caller was concerned about people running around the Minnesota Avenue neighborhood and over the train tracks.

Public Works was advised that water caps were missing at the intersection of Texas Avenue and Denver Street, leaving big holes.
Someone locked his keys inside his running truck. There was a problem with the keys.
There was a physical disturbance on Central Avenue, but the caller who said someone hit his friend in the face did not want to pursue the issue.
