Smile Montana settles into new Columbia Falls location

Smile Montana Dentistry has settled into its new facility adjacent to Glacier Medical Associates off Twelfth Avenue West in Columbia Falls.
The facility has 19 employees at its Columbia Falls location and six dentists including Drs. John Miller, Jesse Elledge, Casey Jacobsen, Hillary Hoffenbacker, Benjamin Crockett and Brian Raasch, providing a full suite of services including general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry as well.
The new building at 400 12th Avenue West is around 5,500 square feet.
Dr. Miller and his wife, Juli, will be maintaining ownership of the former building on Nucleus Avenue. They will be making renovations and convert it to smaller professional suites. Miller purchased Columbia Falls Family Dental from Dean Calderwood in 2011. They changed the name to Smile Montana.
The business had a ribbon cutting earlier this fall at its Columbia Falls location. It also has locations in Whitefish and Kalispell.
