A neighbor called a woman about her 65-year-old sister, who was reportedly throwing things outside, including their mother’s oxygen tank. The sister was allegedly decorating her house for the holidays and was getting frustrated with not having the right tools to do so. Kalispell Police, which had responded to disturbances at the residence in the past, didn’t find the mother at home or any exterior damage.

A bearded man in a store allegedly told a shopper they were “about to get shot.” An employee told officers he appeared to be in his 40s to 60s and was sitting in a white truck parked in a handicapped spot.

A woman called the police, crying that she reportedly let her dog visit her ex for the night and he refused to return it, claiming it belonged to him. She allegedly saw him drive by and followed him to a location where she waited outside. An officer told her it was a civil issue and that she would need to hire an attorney to get the dog back.

Officers allegedly ran a license plate that returned as stolen out of Missoula. Both license plates were seized.

A man allegedly sent a video and lengthy text messages trying to explain why they should continue dating and trying to get her to use drugs. He was also reportedly following her around. An officer gave her a packet on obtaining a temporary restraining order and explained what a stalking notice entailed.

A Miles City Police Department officer passed along a report of alleged embezzlement involving a trust. At least one of the alleged fraudulent transactions was made at a Kalispell grocery store.
