STATE TIMBER SALE CR100512, TWO GOOSE CEDAR A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Road, Coolin, ID 83821, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Monday, December 22, 2025, for an estimated 3,040 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Idaho Department of Lands, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $122,091.05 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $1,220,910.50. The flood hazard information will be revised along Chuck Slough and Syringa Creek, from approximately 1.9 river miles upstream of the mouth of Chuck Slough to approximately 2.25 river miles upstream on Chuck Slough and 2.4 river miles upstream on Syringa Creek. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
