Getting a tip that one of their guests may be a sex worker from an online escort service, a hotel employee alerted the Kalispell Police Department. An officer visited the service's website and reported being able to navigate toward listings in Kalispell. As the materials advertising those services "were quite pornographic in nature," the officer exited the website and referred the situation to detectives for further investigation into prostitution in the area.

Hearing a spate of gunshots first thing in the morning, a caller phoned police. The gunfire rang out from the northeast, they said.

Officers warned the driver of a Chevrolet Suburban about malfunctioning tail and brake lights.

The driver of a gray Subaru got a warning for speeding.

Evicted by her brother, a woman accused him of preventing her from getting his belongings. Officers checked into the situation and learned that the brother was willing to put her items outside so that she could pick them up. He did not want her in his house, however. Officers let the woman know that if any of her items went missing or appeared damaged, it was a civil matter.

Authorities unsuccessfully attempted to track down a white vehicle, possibly a Nissan, after its driver flipped off another motorist while swerving down the road.

A man fresh from the hospital after suffering a heart attack was struggling to get back home. He told officers he was flown to Kalispell by an air ambulance after experiencing the medical emergency at a bar. Although released from the hospital, he was now unable to get back to his camper and did not want to stay at a shelter.

Enjoying lunch with her family, a woman saw a man apparently working for a food delivery service strike her vehicle with an older white truck. She said the man, who struck her as scary, stuck an illegible note on her window and left. Investigators spoke with the restaurant manager, who was able to turn over the order receipt and planned to get surveillance footage of the suspect.
