Theresa Yares | Lake County Leader | UPDATED 17 hours, 14 minutes AGO
During holiday eating, we can still enjoy the holidays and not feel deprived, by filling up on the good things, like protein, vegetables and whole grains. Practice portion control, do not skip meals and stay well hydrated.
Choose baked or roasted over fried, limit alcohol, favorite treats in moderation. AARP recommends staying active by walking, biking and hiking.
The center will be closed Dec. 26.
