The Blotter: Man exposes himself

A man walking in the 6th Street area had no shirt and  exposed himself even further, caller said.

Dec. 20

Man was upset he was tailgated and then pulled over. He filed a complaint. An 89-year-old man had a medical ailment. Report of someone shoving something into a fire hydrant. They appeared to be OK, though. Woman said cousin was harassing her on social media. Six-year-old was bashing out taillights on parents’ vehicles. Person claimed child was home alone.
