Libby's Christmas parade Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, on Mineral Avenue featured big rigs and heavy equipment from area businesses, first responders and animals that delighted and brightened the moods of attendees who have endured back-to-back natural disasters.

Kaylee Cohenour of Cohenour Trucking organized the second annual parade and it was well attended.

“We know this past week’s historic flooding has been incredibly difficult for many in our community,” organizer Kayley Conauer said. “Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected. After checking conditions and working with local partners, we’re confident we can safely move forward and offer a little holiday cheer during a challenging time.”

There were stations on each block for hot cocoa, S’mores and hot cider. Kids also got to enjoy playing with glow sticks and receiving gift bags.
