Darlene Y. Pollard, 90

Darlene Pollard, 90, of Rathdrum, Idaho, passed away peacefully at home Dec. 13, 2025. She was born Aug. 7, 1935, in Kellogg, Idaho, to Joseph Paul and Lillian Sylvia Paul.

On March 20, 1950, she married Delmer Pollard, and together they raised 10 children. Darlene devoted her life to her family as a homemaker and was known for her kindness, gentle spirit, humor and deep faith. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, thrifting and especially time with her family.

She is survived by seven children, her sister, Bonnie Huff, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer, her parents and three children.

A memorial service will be held Dec. 27, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Rathdrum Bible Church, 15127 N. Stevens St., Rathdrum, Idaho, followed by graveside services at Evergreen Cemetery, 834 N. Spokane St., Post Falls, Idaho, at 12:30 p.m.
