Keeping traditions alive: Community Cooking & Menu Planning Workshop – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 30 at the Food Sovereignty Kitchen in Kicking Horse Job Corps, 33091 Mollman Pass Trail, Charlo; Cleo is a community cook who has mastered the art of preparing delicious meals for large crowds. This workshop will teach shopping efficiently for large events, budgeting techniques, meal planning for crowds and tips passed down from generations.

Cheerful Heart Cancer Support Group – 10-11 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the third-floor Leahy Conference Room at St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson; pastor Matthew Connolly leads the group, which welcomes those recently diagnosed or undergoing treatment, cancer survivors, and/or family members.
