In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled. The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days. On December 16, 2025, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (“NorthWestern”) filed an Application for Automatic Rate Adjustment and Tracking for State and Local Taxes and Fees (“Application”) with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”). NorthWestern’s proposed total electric rate change due to property taxes is an increase of $4,192,572. NorthWestern’s proposed total natural gas rate change due to property taxes is an increase of $777,503. For the typical residential customer using 750 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month, the total bill impact is an increase of approximately $2.47 per month or 2.21%. For the typical residential customer using 65 therms of natural gas per month, the total bill impact will be an increase of approximately $0.93 per month or 1.68%. By law, NorthWestern’s proposed rates will take effect on January 1, 2026, on an interim basis. 2.
