Rathdrum police arrested a suspect Tuesday who they believe to be involved in multiple burglaries, according to a news release.
Officers with the Rathdrum Police Department responded Tuesday to a reported burglary in progress in the 12000 block of Kenosha Lane. Upon arrival, they conducted a “comprehensive burglary investigation” and identified a suspect.
Matthew J. Granroth was arrested on Kenosha Lane and booked into jail on burglary charges, according to public records.
During the investigation, police received consent from the suspect to photograph “suspicious items” located inside the suspect’s home.
“The Rathdrum Police Department is requesting that any potential victims who live in or around the 12000 block of Kenosha Lane and believe they may have been affected by theft or burglary come forward and report the incident,” a news release said.
The investigation is ongoing.
