NOTICE OF SPECIAL NOTICE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN for the application of a Special Notice Permit in Case No. SPN25-0005, AUS Spirit Lake Storage Facility, a request by American Universal Storage Spirit Lake LLC to establish a 120-unit self-storage facility on two (2) parcels in the Commercial zone, consisting of approximately 8.961 cumulative acres. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  ANNEXATION REQUEST    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider an Annexation initiated by the City of Hayden of one (1) stretch of land currently owned by the Lakes Highway District and three (3) lots owned by Bielec Enterprises, Inc.
