The name will change to CACHE MARTIN STEWART. The reason for the change in name is: The Petitioner is the child’s father and did not have a say in what his name would be when the child was born because he was told the child was not Petitioner’s. It is customary and tradition for a child to have the child’s father’s surname. Petitioner wants the world to know that the child is his son and that he is committed to his son.
