Kootenai County Community Development  2026 NOTICE OF MEETINGS  Kootenai County Community Development holds regular meetings as necessary for the following hearing bodies:  Hearing Examiner on the first and third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. for public hearings.  Planning & Zoning Commission on the fourth Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. for public hearings, and on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. for workshops.   Board of Commissioners on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. and on the second Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. for public hearings.  Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chair of the Commission or by the Community Development Director subject to the notification requirements.  Additional information may be obtained from Kootenai County Community Development located at 451 Government Way, P.O.
