For the New Year 2026; Stay physically active with at least 30 minutes of physical activity five times a week.

Brain exercises such as crossword puzzles, Sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, or reading are mental workouts that boost memory and problem-solving skills, reduce stress, and improve moods. But ideas are endless by taking up new hobbies like gardening, woodworking, art or volunteering. You could even organize photos, create a memory book or write a journal.

Bingo is on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. here at the Center. Gentle Yoga is on Wednesday, 1-2:15 p.m. If you are interested, please call Bonnie Kiser at 406-253-0177. Her rate is $65 for five sessions.

The center will be closed on Friday, Jan 2, for the New Year's holiday.
