TARIFFS: Costs of policy are hitting close to home

It is essential that a specific Rx “Emergency (Medical) Kit” be accessible to me at all times.  

Purchased through a Canadian mail-order pharmacy at 20% of the cost of exactly the same kit in the U.S., a recent purchase also included a “Tariff Fee” of $10.78 (8+%) which was paid by me, a natural-born citizen of the United States. Enough said?
