ISP seeking witnesses, dashcam footage of Thursday multi-vehicle crash near Hayden

The Idaho State Police is asking for the public's help in investigating a multi-vehicle injury crash that happened about 3:40 p.m. Thursday at US-95 at Boekel Road, just north of Hayden.
According to a press release from ISP, a Toyota Tacoma, driven by a 25-year-old male from Coeur d’Alene was southbound on US-95 at Boekel Road when it struck a Toyota Rav4 driven by a 77-year-old male from Rathdrum, who was waiting to turn westbound onto Boekel Road from northbound US-95.
Debris from the crash struck a Subaru Outback driven by a 47-year-old male from Athol. Debris also struck a Ford F250 pickup, driven by a 33-year-old male from Rathdrum and a Dodge Ram 3500 driven by a 54-year-old male from Spirit Lake.
The Toyota Tacoma continued southeast through the median into the northbound lanes of US-95, where it struck a Subaru Outback, driven by a 75-year-old female from Laclede, who was heading northbound.
A Nissan Pathfinder, driven by a 21-year-old female from Sandpoint, swerved to avoid the incident, and struck the Subaru Outback.
Three drivers were transported to a hospital due to their injuries sustained in the crash. Northbound US-95 was closed for about three hours. Seatbelts were in use in all vehicles, the release said.
