Comedian K-von coming Jan. 11 to Merlin's Comedy Club

COEUR d'ALENE — Merlin's Comedy Club will host its first big show of the year with comedian Kevan "K-von" Moezzi at 7 p.m. Jan. 11 at the Midge and Pepper Smock Family Theatre at the Kroc, 1765 W. Golf Course Road, Coeur d'Alene.

Moezzi, "the most famous half-Persian comedian," is internationally known for his clean "Dry Bar Comedy" specials, appearances on Netflix and NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and popular TED Talks. He starred alongside "Napoleon Dynamite" actor Jon Heder in a 2021 holiday rom-com, "Funny Thing About Love." Moezzi also released a book in April 2024 titled "Once You Go Everywhere: Travel the World with the Most Famous 1/2 Persian Comedian." He is currently touring the U.S. and Canada, performing in North Idaho as well as the Midwest, California, Arizona, Texas and Edmonton, Alberta. The Jan. 11 show will be for ages 13 and older.

Tickets are $30 ahead of the show or $35 each at the door.
