David Patrick, 54, of Bayview was cited on Highway 95 in the Sagle area at 9:12 p.m.  on a charge of misdemeanor inattentive driving.

Report of disorderly conduct on Highway 95 and Sagle Road at 9:12 p.m.

Report of reckless driver on Vay Road and Estates Loop in the Priest River area at 9:27 p.m.

Kelli Martin, 47, of Spirit Lake, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. in the Spirit Lake area on charges of domestic battery, and false imprisonment.
