NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT PRE-QUALIFICATIONS FOR  2025 ASPHALT BASALT CHIP AND FOG SEAL  CITY OF POST FALLS    The City of Post Falls is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors for the 2025 Asphalt Basalt Chip and Fog Seal in the City of Post Falls, pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2805, “Procurement of Public Works Construction”.
