REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RE: CONTRACT SERVICES Repair and Waterproofing of three Hangar roofs The Port of Ephrata is seeking proposals from contractors interested in securing a contract to repair and waterproof roofs of three (3) WWII-era hangars over the course of the next five years. Scope of Work: Make physical repairs on the roof as needed and according to the manufacturer’s specification, supply and install silicone coating to cover 100% of the roof area on three (3) hangars i.e. Buildings 405, 734 and 304 located at the Port of Ephrata. This is to primarily address leaky roofs and provide superior waterproofing capabilities. The proposal will include both labor and materials to be set during the forthcoming five (5) year period. The first building, i.e. 405, will be accomplished not later than April 2025. The second building by not later than April 2026, and the third building, to be determined later but prior to April 2030.
