South Fork of Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District  Page Wastewater Treatment Plant  Shoshone County, Idaho    Material Testing and Special Inspection Services   Request for Qualifications    The South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District (SFSD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide materials testing and special inspection services for construction of the Page Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Tertiary Treatment Project at 46634 Silver Valley Rd, Smelterville, Idaho 83868.    Separate sealed Responses for the South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District – Page WWTP Tertiary Treatment Project will be received by the South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District in Shoshone County, Idaho until 2:00 PM local time, February 11, 2025.    Responses shall be delivered in person to the SFSD Office at 1020 Polaris Avenue, Osburn, Idaho 83849 and clearly marked “SOQ FOR SOUTH FORK COEUR D’ALENE RIVER SEWER DISTRICT PAGE WWTP TERTIARY TREATMENT PROJECT”. As an alternative to hard/paper copy responses, Respondents may alternatively choose to submit their SOQ electronically by email to the SFSD office at: Haley Gosline, Office Manager, Hgosline@southforksd.com  Respondents are responsible for verifying email receipt of the SOQ by the District. Emailed SOQs must be submitted in a single email with an attachment file size less than 10 Megabytes (MB).
