Site improvements are to include a new valve vault for reservoir control, combination air/vacuum relief valve stations at two points of connection to the existing distribution system, disconnection of two existing reservoirs, site fencing, permanent runoff and erosion control improvements, and construction of an all- weather gravel access roadway to the reservoir site.
