NO. 2823 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council will hold a public hearing and make a formal final vote on the items below on July 21, 2025. City Council meetings are held in the Whitefish City Council Chambers, Whitefish, Montana. 1. A request by the City of Whitefish to annex and rezone an unaddressed portion of a lot north and adjacent to JP Road to WR-1 (One-Family Residential District). The property is currently used for public park purposes. The property is zoned Flathead County R-2.5 (Rural Residential) and R-3 (One-Family Residential). The property can be legally described as Parcel ‘A’ of Certificate of Survey 23090 of Section 6, Township 30North, Range 22West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
