Additional notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 2-9-212, M.C.A., that the Board of Trustees of Flathead Valley Community College, will hold a public hearing to receive comment on any increases to the permissive medical levy. The permissive medical levy is used to pay for premium contributions for the group health insurance program for college employees. The Board of Trustees will meet Monday, July 28, 2025, at 3:45 p.m. in the FVCC Board Room of Blake Hall to consider and adopt the final budget and permissive medical levy for the fiscal year. The meeting may continue from day to day until the final adoption of the budget. Any taxpayer in the district may appear at such meeting and be heard for or against any portion of the budget and the permissive medical levy.
