His skill and dedication shone through his long-standing membership in Carpenters Union Local 713 and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, where he was honored as an awarded conductor. John’s service extended beyond his craft; as a U.S. Army veteran, an AA counselor and a mentor, he was a true “man of the common man,” always ready to help those in need. With 33 years of sobriety, John’s discipline, neatness and organization were an inspiration to all. Known for his wisdom and measured words, John lived with intention and integrity. His commitment to his wife, Terry Ann, was boundless, supporting her in every endeavor with quiet strength. His legacy is one of service, resilience and love that will endure in the hearts of those he touched.
